I don't think The Collins Kids ever made a movie, but they were such popular stars in the 1950's  that I wanted to include them here. Both had successful careers as adults, and Larry went on to write some great music, including the hit song "Delta Dawn." I watched over 100 of their sets when they were appearing, as young adults, in Reno in the 1960's. Their stirring rendition of "Four Strong Winds" still haunts me today.  Many of their early songs have been recently released on CD by Bear Family Records, a testament to their enduring popularity.
